Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for any course unless the student is deemed physically or mentally incompetent, by a medical doctor, to complete the course. The percentage of the refund will be determined by how far along the course the student was. The registration fee is due before the start of the course date.

​Grievance Policy

All complaints will receive written/verbal feedback from the Program Director within seven days of notice.

If the program director does not respond within seven days, student/client and client families may contact the Virginia Board of Nursing or BBB concerning the matter.
