The Personal Care/Home Health Aide program prepares student to help individuals who are disabled, chronically ill, cognitively impaired and older adults and others who may need home assistance. The PCA/HHA assists with activities such as bathing and dressing and provides services such as light housekeeping and taking vital signs.  

Upon completion of the program, students will received a certificate of completion. They will have the skills and credentials to provide personal care services to Medicaid waiver recipients as well as others. There is a required registration fee of $200.00 ($100 non-refundable).

Hours: 40 HR (20 Classroom/20 Skills Lab) Course Offered Online and Virtually through Canvas

Zoom: 2 Weeks

Requirements:

- 18 yrs+

- PPD

- CPR Certification

Tuition Cost:

- Total = $400.00

- Registration Fee = $200.00 due before the first class

- TB/PPD and CPR included in tuition

- Remaining amount is due before the last class, or you will not receive a certificate
